Trainings with Lange Poten take place every Wednesday evening from 20.30 hours till 22.15 hours in the Maartenshal in the Marcellus Emantslaan 3 in Voorburg. (Click the map for the exact location.)

After a professional warming up we practise for an hour on technique and practical situations. The last 45 minutes are reserved for enthousiastic and fiery games.
